Off topic here, how do I PM a person?

Someone here wrote they made an emergency pack for their purse with a few items incase they got held up somewhere. i did that and was so glad, I had brought my supper I made chicken and veggies in a slow cooker, and my boss gave me two extra patients, so my 6 mins for supper was gone.....I had a packet of licquid protien in my purse, with some salt and extra vitamins. I was sur glad, because I ate just at noon , and I was starting feel not good, like too hungry.

When you go for your interview just think inside, you made some decisions to make yourself more healthy and just that alone is a big step...after that a job interview is a piece of cabbage, lol I didnt want to say cake lol

Hey Everyone! Looking to join/follow this post if its ok I have done IP a year ago and I really need to get back into it. Last year I lost 26lbs in 5 weeks! Since I quit I have gained back 31 Giving into my cravings and getting lazy has taken over my life. I am hoping to lose 31.2 lbs and keep it off this time.

I will be starting (rebooting) tomorrow morning and I am actually looking forward to getting past this first week and into the routine of things again. I have family coming for christmas and I would love to be even a little bit smaller by the time they get here. That will be my motivation I think.

I can really use all the encouragement you wonderful people can give!
Thanks!

I started with the restricted bars after two weeks, just to make sure I knew what I was doing........I never bought the bars though, reminded me of chocolate bars too much. Ip bars have many that are just to good. I want to try to stop that craving. THey have these pretty good chips, and not restricted, I eat four or five with a nice salad and tuna....I cant eat the whole bag, not sure why lol

Seems exercise and restricted vary alot from coach. On the phase one sheet, its marked their clearly. Exercise i was going to swann gym and after two weeks she said to start again. But i do it wasnt the same feeling. I had no energy to do the exercise, really had to push myself, but the weights in the training made the arms and legs have a nice tone to them. Later on some of the energy came back if i skipped a day, I seemed to feel better and enjoy it more.

Does anyone know much much one egg is? Like say a scrambled egg for breakfast would be how many ounces of protein?

On the sheet that I got it says 6 eggs - 2 to 4 whole and the rest white but that can't be one sitting. I'm trying to spread out mt 8 oz throughout the day.

You can have 2 eggs and it doesn't count (unless it has changed since I did it)

One egg is considered 2 oz of animal protein.

Two egg whites can be considered a "freebie."

Today is my third day on IP. I feel better this AM and not as hungry I was yesterday. I don't know whether adding the 4 packet helped last night or not. But I went to bed well satisfied.

Default Starting tomorrow!

Hi! My name is Lindsay. I am going to start IP again tomorrow using alternative products. I was on IP through a clinic 11/2012-6/2013 and lost a total of 76.6 pounds. I have gained 39 pounds back! I was on phase 4 with some cheating for quite a while but over the last 6 months I have gotten divorced, gained a boyfriend (happy fat), and lost my job...and food is my comfort!!!!!

After finishing IP in 6/2013 I became a coach for the same IP clinic for the next 6 months. If I can be of help, please contact me--I can give you my email if necessary.

I think my most difficult issue is going to be alcohol! But I'd like to be down at least 15 pounds by Christmas...so here I go!

Lindsay, that's cool you were a coach, and I hear you on the alcohol!

I weighed in this morning after my first week back, and I am down .4 lbs. Not very exciting! I'm going for Week 2 anyway!

Well today is day two and I'm feeling crappy! I've got a killer headache, nauseous and really tired and weak. This is normal right? I asked this on another thread as well. I get nervous when I don't feel right. I dont' wanna pass out or anything

itsmytime- day 2 was definitely the worst for me. I felt like I didn't even have the energy to lift my arms to brush my hair! I got a bad headache around noon that day.

Just go to bed as early as you can tonight, and maybe take something for your headache. By day 3 I was feeling back to normal (just hungry).
