L: Proto-Thin Cream of Chicken soup with sauteed mushrooms, garlic, and red peppers + curry powder, salt, and black pepper. - YUM! Also, a salad of romaine lettuce, cucumbers, celery and red radishes.
S: Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar
D: Shrimp + scallop stir fry with mushrooms, peppers, garlic, and a bit of tamari. Also - roasted asparagus & zucchini.
If necessary, in the evening, one small dill pickle.
