I do a bit of weight lifting with 8lb weights to some arm toning too - I've never been happy with the way mine have looked. Getting a bit better but want to look good in Mexico

Go to "User CP", the under "Edit Signature", delete the code for the tracker - usually starts with [URL....] and ends with [/URL]

I love those, great goals! And 4 year old twins - yikes, makes for a busy mama!
Well, it's the last day of 2013. It's been an interesting year - started it off with finalizing my divorce and ended it with finding myself by losing 65lbs.
On to P3 tomorrow morning - nervous and excited at the same time for the "big breakfast"! Going to the grocery store was interesting after work - got to visit the sections I haven't been in for a while - hello fruit
