And yes, it's been over a year since I've been 'done', and what a year. The ups and downs and testing myself and my body and the mental roller coaster - lots to process! But I'm finally at a place where I realize that this is for the long haul now, for life, and it's just a diet. It's my new reality, and I'm 100% okay with that. I'm healthier than I've been in my entire life, I feel good, and if someone twisted my arm I could probably admit that I look okay too (some habits die harder than others).

Now if only I could afford that skin removal surgery my body image would greatly improve! Alas....one hurdle at a time. :D

Oh, and sorry the pics are so huge! That's one thing I've never been properly able to adapt to on this site - all my pics come out either too big or too small!!!
