I'm glad this thread was bumped up... I didn't see it over the holidays. There are too many names for me to remember (doh!) but WOW... These pictures are SO inspiring. I don't know about you but I've always trolled before/afters trying to get inspired.

Here's what I see (in both the befores and afters)...pretty courageous confident... I am so inspired. I'm in awe of your courage - I still don't "do" photos. It is more than a weight thing for me but lately has been mostly a weight thing.

I love the confidence I see...that 'I can do it' look. And I especially love that at all shapes and sizes, you're a darn pretty bunch of losers :)

I needed a pick me up today and this has been fantastic! Thanks for posting these. You all rock!

Pictures are very hard for me. In fact, there are not any of me at my heaviest which was 190 at this time last year. There are none of me standing and I thought me sitting next to the fat man statue in the Lincoln Haymarket was a good choice! I still do not do "selfies" and feel a little foolish taking that picture this morning.

You look great Drd! I've been trying to get over my camera shyness by having dh take lots of pics. Has the added bonus of I can go through them and compare how I look now to how I did when I began and give myself an ego boost from time to time!

I'm glad I'm not alone in my photo-phobia...but I hope we can all recover. losing weight sure does help :)

It's a great pic drd.

That is the link to my official before and after taken by my coach in September! Before is 204 lbs, after is 165 lbs! Unfortunately I have gained almost 20 lbs back since then because I didn't phase off. This pic is my desktop! IP works and it's stinkin' awesome!

You'll get back there!

PS. The "after" is especially great because of that sparkler on your finger :D

Hi Everyone!

I was on IP 100% for 9 months from June 2012 to March 2013. I lost 83 pounds. I took a full 4 weeks to phase off and I've kept the weight off - well most of it. I'm starting my annual January reboot tomorrow. I'll do P1 for 2 weeks. I've got 6 pounds I want to lose to get back to my "6 pounds under goal weight" that I like to be at.

You can see my complete monthly photo composite by clicking on my name and then looking at "public profile." Here are before and after pix.

Stick with it! This diet really works! When you are in maintenance you will feel wonderful. You can't go back to eating the way you ate before IP or you'll look like you looked before IP. However (big However) you CAN incorporate some of your favorite foods into your diet. Just be vigilant and have your IP foods ready so you can do a P1 day here and there.

You can do this! I did it and so can you!

BTW - you all look beautiful! One bit of advice for those who don't like to take their own pictures. Go ahead and do it! You'll really be proud of your accomplishment as you continue to lose the weight. It will mean a lot to you when you get to goal.
