Thanks everyone! When you look at the before and after, side by side, it makes the loss so real! My hubby said he couldn't believe it til he saw the before and after! I hate pics normally but it helps to see the benefits of the loss!

Here are two that I took last week at 8 weeks VS the beginning. Left is start and right is progress shot. Down 34 pounds so far! Loving the results and seeing my progress next to the start like this makes everything that much more real!

Age 52. 5'6". 17 weeks on diet - having to quickly phase off now due to an upcoming cruise vacation - will phase out properly upon return. I took a photo & video of myself at the same time every week for motivational purposes. This is the beginning and end result :-)
