L: 8 oz tofu & 2 cups mushrooms & radishes, lettuce with WF ranch( really enjoyed this dressing)
D: IP chocolate shake with IP peanut butter spread & 2 cups of zuchinni baked chips with 2tsp of olive oil & 1/4 tsp of IP sea salt
S: IP Vanilla pudding

Does the IP oatmeal count as a restricted? Its not listed as one on the sheet I was given, but I want to be sure...

Also, I ordered the ProtiDiet Oatmeal - is this restricted as well?
