My 'fat' pants are too big and all the new clothes I bought after reaching my goal last time are still a bit snug. So, I have to keep going until those new clothes fit again. (Clothes aren't cheep!!!)

JW I bought myself a nice watch after loosing 70 pounds. I had to take two links out of it. I tried to sell it recently to put some money towards bills. I had no bites and put it on when I re started on July 14th. It was a little tight but I wore it for two reasons. To remind me I've done this before and know what I need to do to succeed. I also wanted the little discomfort to remind me to stay focused. I am wearing the watch today and it is no longer uncomfortable. You've got this dude!

Hey Pobzlo, losing 48 lbs, that is fantastic. I know for me it has been alot easier to do the IP diet with my wife than it would have been if I was doing it alone. I can commiserate with you about sleep apnea, even after losing weight I will always need to use a CPAP.

I wear a CPAP too. I think I needed one as a teenager, my older brother fliped me out of my top bunk at least once because of my snoring!:o

For me a watch is a great indicator of how well I'm doing weight wise. When I started I had the max number of links in. I think I'm almost ready to bring it in and have it adjusted. I'm kind of liking of how it's moving around my wrist though.

Hey guys. I had a great weigh-in this past Saturday. I am 0.8lbs away from my goal. We decided for me to stay in Phase I for one more week so I can have a good start for Phase II. I tell ya, I'm ready for my big breakfast in Phase III!!! LOL

Hi there and congrats!! There's a great thread for P3 breakfast ideas you might want to read ahead of time since P2 is pretty quick :D

Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing well. I just scheduled an appointment for the next two Monday's with an IP coach at my local clinic. I'm about to place an order. Lots of drama at home lately. My wife of 16 years filed for divorce last Tuesday. I was devastated but now I am doing much better. I need to re establish some short and long term goals and get myself back on IP and to GOAL!

JW and Vet - there are quite a few familiar faces back here for another go-around :) Nice to see you are both fully on the wagon again! :)

well, I'm back...

Looks like I couldn't hold it together. Got to goal and slipped back to 200 (half gained back) a year later. Another 3 months and up 10more lbs. Just restarted P1 today and have 32lbs to goal.

Looks like IP has changed a few packets and added some. Will be reading up and checking back in with the other men on Ip regularly, I hope

Hey, this sounds like exactly what I did. I enjoyed almost a year in maintenance, got deployed to Cuba and just about gained it all back!! But, I started on Phase I back at the end of May and I started Phase III this week!

You can do it!! :carrot:
