Default Dehydration and Dry Mouth

On Day 7 and doing great.

However, I am drinking a gallon of water a day and I still experience dry mouth and wake up in the morning pretty dehydrated.

Is this normal in ketosis? Will the effects eventually subside? I meet with clients daily and have to drink water throughout the meetings so I don't lose my voice or sound sick.

I usually get dry mouth in the morning but I think that has to do with the really dry heat my radiator throw out.

I noticed this to in the first 3 weeks, but now 5 weeks in it's a lot better. I just drink as much as I can. Hopefully yours will improve too.

You'd get a lot more answers to FAQ in the daily chat.
Ketosis is dehydrating but your body will get used to it after a few weeks and become more efficient
