Breakfast: Proti-diet blueberry pancake muffins w/ 1TBSP Torani sugar free vanilla syrup + 2 egg whites and 1/4 tsp baking powder Lunch: Salad (romaine lettuce + steamed asparagus + cucumber slices + evoo + sea salt and pepper) and IP broccoli soup Snack: IP chocolate chip cookie + herbal tea Dinner: 6 oz organic bison steak + 1 cup of steamed kale and 1 cup cauliflower |

Lunch - Lemon waffle Dinner - Bison burger w/broccoli Snack - Chocolate waffle I <3 my new waffle maker, lol. |

L: IP Chicken Noodle Soup w/one packet TrueLemon and leftover veggies from dinner last night D: Something from Applebee's on plan (have 1 hour between work and a meeting to grab dinner) S: IP Strawberry wafer and herbal tea |

If you search, there are many previous threads on alternative products. I probably use 95% IP products and 5% Alternatives. My favorites are Apple Pie Quest Bars, Proti-Thin Peanut Butter and Smooth Caramel Crisp Bars and Weight Loss Systems Creamy Cheesecake Pudding. Hope that helps! |

I had that yesterday, except I wrapped it in lettuce instead, wow, feels like cheating a little doesn't it?? I'm learning that I enjoy texture and identifying some triggers...this is a great diet!
