Has anybody tried Atkins All Purpose Baking Mix?
1/3 cup = 150cal, fat 4.5g, carb 11g (fiber 6g) so 5g net, protein 20g Sounds unlimited to me? |

L - IP chicken soup with peppers and salad D - grilled chicken breast with sauteed veggies S - IP Vanilla drink a lot of you listed mac n cheese.. i dont think its available at my clinic |

FINALLY tried Jicama fries. Totally om-nom-nummy! WILL do those again. Making Chili tonight! Was supposed to do that the other day and fell asleep and when I woke up I felt awful, so I didn't feel like cooking.
