Has anybody tried Atkins All Purpose Baking Mix?
1/3 cup = 150cal, fat 4.5g, carb 11g (fiber 6g) so 5g net, protein 20g
Sounds unlimited to me?

The wheat is not allowed on P1
Most Atkins products are out b/c they are higher fat

Crazy Day! finally relaxing!

B cappucino smoothie

L Quest bar, 2 cups mixed veggies(ate at my DD soccer tourney)

D Taco Salad with WF Chipolte Ranch dressing, yum!

S Salted, WF caramel Dip on Dk choc Pudding, yum yum!!! 1st time trying that, it was soooo good! Might be tomorrows breakfast too, LOL!!

Easter Sunday:

B: IP Chocolate Drink Mix (heated) since I can't have a chocolate bunny today

L: 4oz Ham, IP Potato Puree, Roasted Mushrooms

D: Big Mac In A Bowl, IP Pink Lemonade, vegetable to be determined later

S: IP Blueberry/Cran/Granata Drink Mix (heated with a touch of cinnamon - kind of like hot apple cider only blueberry)

Phew, glad I asked...good news is I got WF at half the price!
Went out to brunch after church, here's what I did: ordered 2 poached eggs and ham (it was fried). Breakfast was 3hrs before (a bar).
So, how do I redeem myself this pm...been guzzling water (drank 3 glasses at brunch).
Veggies and salad and 4oz of meat for the rest of the day? Will that be enough to offset the damage??

Hi all!

B Wildberry yogurt smoothie
L Quest bar, mixed green salad and veggies
D Turkey breast, had to eyeball it at my Families, and tossed salad, minus the carrots, brought my own dressing.
S Proti Choc pudding with alittle WF caramel dip and sea salt

Made it through this sugar filled holiday, thanks for all the support
from all the threads!!!

FINALLY tried Jicama fries. Totally om-nom-nummy! WILL do those again. Making Chili tonight! Was supposed to do that the other day and fell asleep and when I woke up I felt awful, so I didn't feel like cooking.

2oz eggs is equal to 4 oz meat protein, so with the ham you have probably already eaten your meat protein for the day.

Just finish out the day with your 2 packets and veggies, and start fresh in the morning! You can't really "offset" an off plan meal on IP, just pick up where you left off and keep pushing forward!

Today was better :)
B: pancake with WF syrup (made with IP crispy cereal)
L: potato puree buns w/zuchinni, dill pickles
D: 6 oz chicken w/ homemade bbq sauce (1tbs Blue Menu ketchup, 1tsp Splenda, paprika, salt and pepper) 2cups green beans
S: Pure Protein Choc Peanut Butter Bar (too high in carbs,15g wont buy it again) and tasted like more:dizzy:
