Absolutely. Saute up your two cups of vegies...zucchini, broccoli, green onion, sweet peppers, mushrooms....in olive oil, add herbs as desired, pour mixed omelet over it and make a huge omelet or a frittata. Serve with hot sauce or salsa. Delish.

L: Big Salad w/ 2 cups various veggies / Homemade dressing / Pure Protein Vanilla shake.

D: 8oz Turkey Burger w/ raw onion & dill pickle. 2 cups veggies were Roasted Asparagus & Zucchini.

S: EAS Carb control vanilla shake w/ WF caramel.

B - IP Crispy Cereal with a dash of WF Maple Syrup; decaf coffee
L - IP Strawberry-Banana RTD;
S - veggies
D - Hot Wing Blue Cheese Salad: Made lettuce salad with my favorite veggies, mixed it with WF Blue Cheese dressing. Took leftover chicken that I sauced with Franks Hot Wing Sauce and mixed it into the salad. A great meal - YUUUMMMMMM!

D: 8oz skinless chicken breast & 2 cups steamed broccoli.

B: IP piña colada
L: sautéed chicken strips, garlic, mushrooms, red and green peppers over a bed of lettuce and green cabbage with cucumbers and dill pickles. YUM
S: HealthSmart BBQ Protein Chips
D: beef curry: 6 oz 90% fat free ground beef, 1 oz chicken sausage, browned in skillet with 1/2 c zucchini, 1/2 c broccoli, 1/2 c mushrooms, 1/2 cup red and green peppers, fresh garlic, and seasonings including curry powder YUM!

Can this really be "diet food?"

Substitute broc cheese soup or chicken soup packet for the grilled chicken at lunch, pour it over the sautéed veggies and eat the salad separately and it's a delish P1 lunch.

2 eggs overeasy w/pam, 1/2cup nonfat greek plain yogurt
w/ 1/2 cup blackberries and a sprinkle of splenda, coffee
L (in the car today) quest cinnamon roll and 2 cups veggies
D Taco salad with homemade salsa
S IP Dk choc pudding, swirled w/WF caramel dip and sprinkle of seasalt(yum)

Not a bad day! So doable!!:carrot:
