That is pretty high in carbs unless net carbs is lower (total minus fiber)

It says fibre is less than 1 g. Oh man! My husband and I had an argument over this today and I don't wanna tell him he's right.

Found them on AMAZON...if you are a prime member...there is no shipping on the Douglas supplements. I am not sure ALL IP sites use the same ones though...? I believe I've seen others referenced.

I have a question about the Premier Protein shakes. I have only been able to find this brand of shake at Costco here in Canada and it's only stocked in the 30g protein size (not the 18g "snack size"). I've read a few posts lately that we should only grab the snack size as it's more IP equivalent. So my question is... would it be reasonable to only drink half of a 30g shake and the other half later in the day (ie. x1 30g shake = x2 packs)??

That would be more in line with the protein of an IP product...having half
Of course half doesn't quite have the fat of most IP products, I'd have to look at carbs again.

New Double Chocolate Chunk Quest bar is delicious and only has 160 cals versus my previous favorite chocolate chip cookie dough! Can't wait for my order to get here!

They are good but I seem to need to avoid chocolate quest bars - they cause me cravings.
They would be a daily restricted. The choc chip cookie dough would be a super-restricted (once/weekly)

Hi Lisa, thank you for the reply. I don't do IP but I have seen Quest discussed here. I figured it was a good place to ask about the new flavor. I have found this type of thing can cause cravings for me, also. Not all the times, though. I have also found they don't really fill me up. But I'm always thinking something like this would be a nice treat at times. Always having to weigh the good with the bad, you know. ;) I haven't loved any of the other flavors of Quest, so I was unsure of this one.
