New recipe today: Frosty-style Milkshake made with Dark Chocolate Pudding packet. Super easy and I love the creamy texture -- reminds me of a Wendy's Frosty, which I have not had in probably 20 years (so I could be remembering completely wrong).

Not really a recipe but I mixed some broccoli puree with the Chicken Ala King Pottage Mix for lunch today. Extremely thick and creamy and really makes the mix go a long way and easier to get the 2 cups of veggies in.

Debra, I've been doing the same as you, blogging about the recipes I make and also my weight loss experience. I find it very enjoyable to share my experience and recipes. Truth be known, it's also my goto for recipes I make over and over.

Love your blog and can't wait to make the meatballs with red pepper sauce!!!! OMG I was looking for a massaged kale recipe last night and here you have it. Thank you.

Thanks so much, and thanks for sharing yours as well. I also use my own blog to look up my own recipes :-)

Please do let me know how you like any of the recipes. The meatballs were so good. My boys asked me to add a little ground lamb in there next time, so we'll see if I do that!

I chose the chicken ala king as my lunch packet, and I HATE IT!!! There is always something crunchy in it and I hate it.

The pieces of vegetable in it are dehydrated so if you don't let it sit and absorb moisture to rehydrate the corn or other things will be crunchy.

Hi thanks for the link to your blog. Was checking it out tonight. Trying to comment on the blog, but know nothing about blogs. Looking forward to trying your meatball, cabbage roll, and cinnamon chicken recipes. I love the spice combos you are using.

Your website is great, just going through the recipes. Thanks for sharing. Did you change layout recently? Looks different....
