It was just more the esthetics of the site (colours/picutres/etc...I thought were different, I could just not be remembering correctly because I know I was on there awhile ago . Anyway it looks really good. You must have had some training???

I suppose if you were on there sometime last year than it probably did change a bit. It's always a work in progress.
I did add a recipe index to help people navigate a little easier through the site for specific recipes based on ingredient or dish.
No training...just playing around for awhile on some blogs and websites. I have fun with it! Truly makes me happy to tinker with it and to help others. I love the emails I get from people who find the blog enjoying, reading my experiences in weight loss, and the recipes for food and body care. I get a lot of joy from it. Would love to do it full-time! Sigh.......

I've been selected to cook Easter dinner. Thinking of doing a ham. Anyone have any IP friendly spiral ham recipes/ideas? The only thing I can come up with is a glaze with WF jelly, which I'm really not a fan of and may not want to put the family through that
If nothing else, I can always do my own roast chicken.
Wow those look great. Nice idea! I don't know what the heck kugel is but I like potato latkes. Thanks for sharing. Do you think rutabaga could also work instead of turnip?
A kugel is a pudding. Some kugels are sweet, like a noodle kugel, and some are savory like this one.
You could definitely try this with rutabega. The only thing is that it's a restricted veggie and I try not to eat those too often. Let me know how it works!
Debra, I tried the Peruvian chicken and it was SOOO good ( and so easy!) I have always been afraid to roast a chicken, but not any more. Even though it is a phase I recipe, I think I will keep it around even in maintenance. THe picky family loved it as well, thanks!

Thank you so much!! I love that recipe--it's on a fast rotation at my house. I'll try to put up another roasted chicken recipe soon. It's such an easy way to prepare it -- high heat, short time = nice and juicy!
I really appreciate you sharing your success with the recipe. Thanks again!
