Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.

2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Happy Tuesday! I hope all the Northeast peeps are holding up ok! We didn't sustain any damage and never lost power - very lucky! I just got word from my aunt & uncle in NJ that one of the levees near their house broke, their yard, cars and lower level of the house are all under 4ft of water. They're getting picked up by rescue boats sometime this morning. Still waiting to touch base with my brother on the Upper East side of Manhattan.

The kids and hubby all have no school today, so it will be errands and minor yard cleanup for the day. Looks like trick or treating will be on for tomorrow night so I need to wash the kids' costumes from the weekend festivities!

Thoughts and prayers going out to all affected by Sandy. Living in Louisiana, I've been through many hurricanes and know the damage they can cause. Hope you suffered no or minimal damages.

Good morning all - hope you are all fairing well in the storm - we were lucky and kept power. Thinking of those who got hit much harder -
on day 8 of Phase 3 today and I'm feeling really confident that I'm going to be able to maintain this loss. Have a safe and OP day!

Good Morning ! Sandy blew through here with 70 mph winds last night. We made it without losing power. Whew. It was a scary night.
Had Potato Puree for breakfast. It was surprisingly good.
So far I am very happy with IP and I know this is going to work for me.
Hubby sat here last night and ate his pizza and chips and I didn't even blink.
Didn't bother me at all.

oh my. sorry to here about that. That must be freightening for them. My heart goes out to them and everyone in NJ and NY and beyond.

Thank you. Been doing okay just busy, busy, busy. I forgot to mention the pleasant WI at home this morning brings me to 150#'s lost and now I am 100 from goal. I'd wanted to be under 300 by Halloween, I just did not work the program like I should have so I did not loose much. I hope you all have an awesome Halloween. We carved our pumpkins and have the kids costumes all ready to go!

We only lost power for a few hours, but the offices are closed again today because of flooding.
