Hi Everyone, I have been doing IP for 4 weeks and have lost 15 pounds so far. I am sick of meat so I have turned to eggs for a while. I am so glad I found this thread, it is nice to see people who are in the same boat as me. I have weigh in in two days, hopefully I will do well.

I am more a 16 than a 14 right now. I have Extra Large in my underwear and they fit well. I think I have a few in a large (under armour) and they fit too. Good luck.
