I don't go to sleep hungry because I go to bed so darned early. Finished my workout and it's time to hit the showers. Still working on the vacation poundage. I'm on track on P1. It took me a few days to get there. Now, of course, I feel great. Oh, that could be the workout talking!

Locopollo: I go to sleep fairly early also as I get up early to exercise.
You sound like you are on track on losing those vacation pounds and are enjoying your workouts!

Off to another cold day. I am not used to the cold.

Dizzyjean WELCOME to maintenance and welcome back to FRUIT! I'm still in love with fruit...lol

Momto2cs Nice gala dress, lookie those PIPES girl! WOW!

Winter is HERE! BOO!!! Although, I did buy my new winter jacket about a month ago and I'm stocked up on sweaters (snow tires are on!, I AM prepared!). One of my girlfriends who WAS my size lost 20 lbs and handed like 8 sweaters over to me so my closet is stocked for no money. Woohoo!

How many of you are doing your workout in the morning??

Howdy Folks - it's been crazy busy here lately - not just with trying to fit in my son's therapy into our schedule, but a presentation next week at work had me working until 8-9pm ish since last Friday. I am actually locked out of the lab right now - I don't come in on Thur so I suspect things are "done" and no one may show up today! Gives me some catch-up time!!!

I've been maintaining pretty steady, was at 141 this morning. I have been keeping up with my running group in the mornings, it's only been 2 weeks - but I love it! Never thought I would look forward to waking up at 4:45am though. I actually did a "2-a-day" yesterday, ran in the morning and did a 'Boxing Bootcamp' at night. I feel fine today, but was ready to hit the sack last night. I am definitely making sure to get my nutrition in, especially with 2 workouts like that.

I have my race this weekend, and am actually flying 1-way and driving back with my dad. He is retired and is spending the week with my son. Everyone at work will be on travel for the meeting so I have a feeling I will be spending a lot of time on here next week!

Stay warm everyone! We've had a few chilly days, and it bounced back up to the 70/80s, now it seems to be dipping down again. I have NO winter clothes....hmmmm....maybe some shopping during my downtime next week?

Yay for free clothes!

Liz, have fun with your dad and good luck with the race.

If I don't exercise in the morning, it doesn't get done. I used to workout after work since I'm not a morning person, but too much can come up.

Anne, how is the RA today?

We are wearing jeans at work today. Cost $10 to do so. warm today, snow tomorrow. I miss daylight.

I exercise before work also. If I get it done early, then I will not talk myself out of it on the way home from work.

Locopollo: I miss the daylight also. It is so dark in the late afternoon.

Free clothes are fun! My niece gives me her clothes which often work for me.

Momto2cs: It is funny how having a feel thin day boosts your spirits!!

Lizr: Have a great run this weekend.

Momto2cs - hope your RA settles, I am really sorry to hear about that, but glad that you have a plan of action.

Locopollo - your siggy pic makes me smile everytime!!!

Mailie - just a special 'hello' to my Maintaining Hero!!!

Ishbel - I work out in the mornings now, the only time I can squeeze it in the schedule these days (never thought I would wake up at 4:45am on purpose).

Excited for my race tomorrow - getting some sleep for my 13.1 mile jaunt!!!

Good luck with the run. I have huge respect for runners as I hate to do it. Give me burpees and push ups any day!

Ok...not sure if I belong in this thread, yet, or not. I just have to share that today I weigh 115.2. I'm at goal!!!! I was so excited that I ran into my closet & fit into 4's & even a 2P!!

Question...do I start to phase off today, or wait until Thursday when I see my coach? I want to phase off properly...and have to travel to Dallas around the 12th of December. So if i start to phase off before Wednesday, i should just be starting phase 4 before leaving. Is it easy traveling while on phase 3 or phase 4?

Last comments...LizRR good luck today with your run! Momto2c you look AMAZING in that black dress!!! Loco pollo, nice profile picture...it makes me smile, too!

Congratulations on reaching your goal. That is exciting! i would talk to your coach. Maybe you could call her and ask her opinion. Are you on Phase 2 yet?
There is not a huge difference between Phase 3 and 4 when traveling.

Hi Lizr: thanks for the hello! I hope you are enjoying your run!

This week's plan is to get below goal in readiness for the holidays.

Hello Maintainers!
I can't quite believe it yet but I have reached my goal. It's week 2 of Phase 3 and I'm loving the breakfasts. I don't think I have properly celebrated this milestone as I'm so concerned about Phase 4. Am I really ready to make all the proper choices on a daily basis to maintain my goal? Will all the cravings start again?
I'd really appreciate any advice you all might have.
And thanks so much for all your support so far in helping me reach my goal. You are all awesome!
