maile Yes sometimes I go to bed hungry, I think knowing what I eat everyday (tracking it) makes me feel better "no you are not hungry, you ate enough" or "you have room, you can have something to tide you over"
Jenny Great job on 1 lb below goal!
Lizz Post a picture of you finishing your half!
Very excited for you...I'm still not running...still having problems with my hips, but I've really watched my intake so my weight is 'normal' for me. Could use a good run though...it helps me with my stress levels for SURE.Determinedat47 DITTO! Cap...where are you! ...come baccckkk...
RUM....three of you commented on the RUM...I so miss RUM!! <sigh>

So, I moved this past week/weekend...which is why I've been MIA. I have pondered the last couple of months...specifically the last month getting ready to move (when I didn't even put my vacuum cleaner away)...without running my stress level has been higher. BUT, I did not turn to food...it popped into my head on Saturday "wow, you have not used food to help you get through this...way to go GIRL!" So I wanted to share that with you cause I was pretty excited to acknowledge that. I know in the past I would have been gobbling up everything and anything.
I realize my issues with food are just managed right now...but it's the act of managing those issues that will keep me at the weight I want to be at and thereby be more healthy for it.
