Congrats to everyone on their losses!
I was hoping for the whoosh fairy after the .8 loss last week (TOM etc.), but she didn't show up, but still, not bad.
I lost 3 pounds last week. Pretty good for doing the walking in the evening and then 3 weight lifting workouts.
How often do you guys measure the inches? I lose a bit each week, but its not much, so I'm thinking I need to not do that except once a month.
