Glad you joined this challenge with us. It does not take long before you can definitely see unbelievable positive changes in your appearance. By Thanksgiving, your family's jaws will drop when they see you both.

I have friends that see me weekly and tonight they said that they can just see the pounds melting off me. It gave me reinforcement that staying 100% OP is totally worth it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the support! Yes, I am quite militaristic about the water, salt and oil. I definitely get more than enough water, sometimes up to 128 oz. The salt is measured out daily so I make sure to finish all of it by the end of the day. I even started measuring out 2 tsp of oil at the beginning of the day to make sure I only used that much by the end of the day...I was only estimating and thought I might be going over on that so now it's measured daily.

As for the feeling of eating well, I, too love the feel of eating lots and lots of veggies every day. It's not a challenge for me because I love veggies and was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for nearly 20 years. I am enjoying myself and am feeling good...it's just that the scale or my clothes aren't quite reflecting that yet. But I'm a patient gal and who knows what this week will bring

Had a one day delay on my WI since my coach's food shipment didn't come in on time. Down 4.8lbs this week AND I'm fitting back into my size 14's again! How exciting!
