Before and After Pics - IP Success!
 

O.K., so even though I'm nowhere near goal I would love to see those that are and I thought it would be cool to have one thread devoted to Before and After Pics. Since I'm fairly new just let me know if this is not o.k.

We had one of these on an old WW board I belonged to and it was so inspiring. Also, my mom and grandma were interested in the program over the weekend and I really wanted to show them peoples before and after pics and there was no centralized spot I could find.

Last but not least, sometimes the before and after pics in signature blocks can be too small to see (so sad) and it's hard to see how amazing the transformation has been.

If you've reached goal or a milestone and would like to share please show us your best!

What some folks do is put their pics on their 3fatchicks blog and then the link for that goes in your Avatar, also there is a mini goal and goals page with a link in our main page for each daily thread.

If we want to do an IP specific then that's up to the group I think, but 3fatchicks has one for the weight loss folks in general at this point.

If we could use this for specific IP pics that would be great. It's a lot easier to go to one thread and see everyone's pics than going from spot to spot. Also, the "general" 3 fat chicks album is awesome, but I think it's sometimes confuses the IP issue for me. I'm like "Holy cow that person looks awesome!" and they did Weight Watchers or HGC - I'm like, "Oh crud, am I on the right diet?!" lol.:lol:

But this is totally up to the group. If this is a horrible idea just let me know. :)

Just made goal this past week-end...my before and after pic is my new avatar :)

My current comparison pics are in my siggy but I can come back later and post a better progress pic. :)

here's mine.... lost my first 45 lbs by calorie counting and exercising and then lost 35 lbs following the IP protocol with alternatives.
