here are my before and afters. I have been in maintenance for going on 13 months....my avatar was taken a few weeks ago. I originally lost 75 pounds...then during maintenance lost another 7, but was not able to keep it off. Still have the 75 off....but it is a struggle

I only have 1 pic of me at 230 pounds.. and I can't seem to find it right now.. so I have these.
I'm still camera shy and HATE pictures.. maybe when I get to goal I'll take more.

I can't even explain how amazing you guys look and how inspiring this is. It's like you're totally different human beings! I wouldn't even recognize some of your before pics.

I still have 19lb to goal, but I have a few pictures to post. One is me 4-months post-partum Nov 2010 @ ~190lb, Oct 2011 @ ~220lb, and yesterday June 2012 @ 164lb (its now my avatar). When I was reaching the same weight I delivered my son at, and I couldn't control it, I knew I needed help - I am so thankful to have found IP!
