Thanks for the inspiration! I have had a little gain so I was getting discouraged. But had a physical and my HgA1C is down from 10.4 to 7.5! My doctor is very impressed. I am so excited to share this with my coach. Thank you again for the inspiring pictures.

I am always motivated by before and after pics. I am hoping to add my own in a few months.

Add a couple of my own. 115lbs lost in 12 months. The last photo is my DH picking me up...possibly the only time in our marriage I was light enough to even try.
