I was suprised that my coach uses a Weight Watchers digital scale. I saw them last weekend at Costco for $20. They are glass topped. I kinda wish since it is in a doctors office that it would have been a better one. Sometimes I am not sure if I feel like it is the correct weight. I would hate to weigh in at a doctors office on a calibrated scale and be a lot higher.

Down 9# last week for a total of 65 in 6 weeks!

My coach also uses a digital WW scale. I use a personal one at home (glass top like you mention) simply to monitor my progress throughout the week - so far, albeit on my 16th day of IP, both scales have accounted for the same amount of weight loss. The WW scale does weigh me in at 3lbs+ higher - most likely due to clothes, and the fact that I'm weighed in the evening.

One thing is for sure, when I weigh in at 150lbs (my current goal) with my coach's scale I'll be drinking champagne that day :]

The one my coach uses is the glass top personal one as well. My floors at home must be uneven because I can weigh on mine in five places and get five different weights. I don't even trust it. I also weigh in first thing in the a.m. at the center and I weigh myself at home first and I am close to 5 lbs more at home. I have always had a hard time losing weight so I guess I am kind of in disbelief lol.

Thank you and good luck. This site is wonderful!

My coach uses the doctors scale but only weighs by the pound - not very precise but the numbers don't bother me when I see the weight coming off!
Congrats on all your losses!
