Me too. It is a good way to make it fun. I change my signature to add the Disney statement. Once you say it and keep saying it I think it helps you believe it too. It is called dream building.

Thanks, it was fun and will remind me every time I look at it how much better I feel 75 pounds lighter and what another 175 will do for me! I want to yell out "I'm going to Disney" Like the winner of the Super Bowl when I hit goal!

Disney is a nice reward, lost of walking for exercise and you'll be too broke to eat, teehee just kidding ( kind of):p

my problem wasn't getting to goal- it will definitely be maintaining it... It's much easier to lose or gain weight than to maintain.

I'm thinking of creating goals for myself for keeping my goal weight every few weeks. Any suggestions?

Whoosh! That fairy got me this week. 3.5 lbs and 5.75 inches. I couldn't stop smiling all the way home. I past my second mini goal of 50 lbs so now I also get to book another spa treatment - I think a facial for the next visit.

Congrats Cadu! I am so proud of you!

I am hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow but the odds are kinda against me TOM decided to start a week early. That always plays havoc with me. :)

You look amazing!!! Absolutely fabulous!!!

So my plan is to buy a scale when we get to Phase 4. I will continue to weigh myself once a week to keep myself on target...I also think I am going to continue food journaling. It is a pain but I think that is helping keep me on target. So while the food changes so many of the other healthy habits will stay the same. If I notice fluctuations that I don't like on the scale then I have something to go back to and review to make adjustments. Mini goal wise when I finally get to that point. 3 months goal weight maintained...6 months goal weight maintained...9 months goal weight maintained....1 year goal weight maintained. Then in year two...every 6 months. By continuing to follow the program of journaling and weighing...there won't be surprises when it comes to the mini goals and plenty of time to adjust to ensure success. :) Hope that helps!
