Crawling in my journey but finally got out of the 200's, Hello Onederland, I never ever want to see a "2" in front of my weight ever again ;)
I've been getting lots of compliments at work lately too, loving it. Congrats to all you other losers too! |

I don't look skinnier in the far left but I am 17 pounds lighter than the center shot which was 70 pounds lost and I am down 87.2 pounds. BUT my shirt is tucked in and I'm not wearing suspenders.:D:carrot: Just realized the shirt I wore today is a 5XL the one in the center is a 4XL and fits better=makes me look smaller. Especially at the elbows! |

So my WI was Wednesday and with my busy schedule I am able to post today. I lost only .6 lbs. After speaking with my coach, we both agreed that I have reached about the end of what I have to lose. I was going to shoot for 10 more lbs, but my new size is the smallest I can get.
So NSV - my inches are done. I have to come to terms that the scale is just a number and I am as skinny as my body will allow me to go! YEAH!!!:carrot: I move to Phase 2 next Wednesday! YIPPEE! Much easier to take a vacation on Phase 2! |

But hey, I know I'm getting there and when I do I'm never leaving...... so today I mark down .5 lb and next week it'll be a bigger number!!!

Wi 6 this morning for a loss of 1.6. So close to my first goal of losing 20lbs...it's coming :-) My friend challenged me to have a 10lbs hand weight in my bag when I go for a walk...and then 20lbs...just so I remember I used to carry it around all day :-)

NSV I went to Walmart and bought two new bathing suits for $14.97 and $9.97! They're nowhere near as nice and will not last 4 years like the last two but I don't need them to and they were half what I paid a piece for the last two at Casual Male! So needing new suits was an NSV and being able to buy clothing at a regular store not the big boy store was another huge success.
