However, whenI weighed in at clinic I saw I was 153.4 last week... So I am down 1.4 lbs which is fantastic and in no way am I complaining because I know I will never be there again, but what was happening with my brain...? Good job everyone! I have been doing a lot of reading on different posts today and picked up some things I may change in what I do after hearing what goes on with everyone else. Maybe I will have a 2.5 lb loss next week and get into the 140s. Thanks to all for the tips. |
Well, another week and another 0.8 lbs lost. I'll admit I was pretty bummed about this week's number. I was so good this past week and really expected to get into the 150s so when I saw I was at 160.2 it just...ugh.
I talked to my coach and she mentioned that even though my IP sheet says that all peppers are okay she thinks that I need to stay away from any pepper but the green ones (as I eat a pepper a day at lunch) so I'm giving that a try this week to see if that helps. I've also been a little negligent in getting all my water in (as well as the extra water needed when I drink tea) so I'm going to focus on this as well. I also am exercising (and drinking an extra protein when I do) and she mentioned that this also may slow the weight loss but I'm not willing to give this up. I used to work out at the gym 5+ days a week and after having my daughter I rarely even walked during the day. I get such an energy boost, even though it's only three days a week that I'm running, that I really feel like it helps me be a better mom. Hopefully my slow weight loss has been because of not following 100% OP on food and not due to running. I've got one more whine. :D And it's a TMI for the guys. It appears that I started two weeks early and since I just finished my last cycle two weeks ago I'm now concerned that my fertility is being messed with. I know it's a long-shot worry but since I'm doing this diet to get rid of the last bit of baby weight that I gained with my daughter so that I can get pregnant again without added baby weight I am worried that somehow this diet may have a long-lasting affect on getting pregnant. I know I'm being silly and that once I phase off my body should go back to normal, but...I'm a worrier. What can I say? Thanks for listening! Here's to a 100% OP week! |

Nice to see it saying 15% so far. I've been feeling down at seeing my scale stay at 204.5 since Monday. Totally forgot about entering info, so thanks for the reminder from our fearless leader. |
Is it possible to join this challenge late in the game?
