Don't be discouraged.:hug::hug:You have done such an amazing job and you have helped hundreds/thousands of people with your hard work and the example yo set for us. We Love You.:carrot: You said you had a plan once you reached goal to take care of it! I suspect I will be looking to have some surgery myself when I get to goal too! But I would rather have that problem than the 250#'s I want to loose.

Oh I am not discouraged by no means, a pound is a pound and I loss 2 inches so I'll take whatever comes off of this body! I just wanted a youtube video with someone that got a 360 body makeover, I think I am changing my mind and keeping my loose skin. I cried just watching the video, I don't know if I could do it...scary!

WI day today. So all week long I have been somehow thinking I was still 155. SomwhenI hopped on my scale this morning and was down to 151.5 I was ecstatic to see such a decrease...

However, whenI weighed in at clinic I saw I was 153.4 last week... So I am down 1.4 lbs which is fantastic and in no way am I complaining because I know I will never be there again, but what was happening with my brain...?

Good job everyone! I have been doing a lot of reading on different posts today and picked up some things I may change in what I do after hearing what goes on with everyone else. Maybe I will have a 2.5 lb loss next week and get into the 140s.

Thanks to all for the tips.

Well, another week and another 0.8 lbs lost. I'll admit I was pretty bummed about this week's number. I was so good this past week and really expected to get into the 150s so when I saw I was at 160.2 it just...ugh.

I talked to my coach and she mentioned that even though my IP sheet says that all peppers are okay she thinks that I need to stay away from any pepper but the green ones (as I eat a pepper a day at lunch) so I'm giving that a try this week to see if that helps. I've also been a little negligent in getting all my water in (as well as the extra water needed when I drink tea) so I'm going to focus on this as well.

I also am exercising (and drinking an extra protein when I do) and she mentioned that this also may slow the weight loss but I'm not willing to give this up. I used to work out at the gym 5+ days a week and after having my daughter I rarely even walked during the day. I get such an energy boost, even though it's only three days a week that I'm running, that I really feel like it helps me be a better mom. Hopefully my slow weight loss has been because of not following 100% OP on food and not due to running.

I've got one more whine. :D And it's a TMI for the guys. It appears that I started two weeks early and since I just finished my last cycle two weeks ago I'm now concerned that my fertility is being messed with. I know it's a long-shot worry but since I'm doing this diet to get rid of the last bit of baby weight that I gained with my daughter so that I can get pregnant again without added baby weight I am worried that somehow this diet may have a long-lasting affect on getting pregnant. I know I'm being silly and that once I phase off my body should go back to normal, but...I'm a worrier. What can I say?

Thanks for listening! Here's to a 100% OP week!

It kooks painful. Obviously expensive too. Loose skin was one of the excuses I used to delay or put off working on weight loss. It is obviously very much a personal decision I just think, I will want to have it dine. I've had stretch marks since my teens and don't see my skin shrinking much. Which ever way you go will be right for YOU! Certain places have shrunk already. My "pubic fat pad"has shrunk quite a bit with motivating results.:o it has helped my self esteem and is much more comfortable too.

bumpity bump

Nice to see it saying 15% so far. I've been feeling down at seeing my scale stay at 204.5 since Monday. Totally forgot about entering info, so thanks for the reminder from our fearless leader.
