Just checking in to say I am still 100% and love being that way! I think I might have to add in some excersize too. Right now putting together a new garden is working me out!

Hi everyone –
I am a new person to the site and the program. I will be starting tomorrow, Wed - 4/18. I have been a “lurker” for quite some time and really wasn’t sure where to post! But I plan on doing this 100% from Day 1 so I think this is the best place to start. I will be using alternative products but have had some past experience with the Lindora program and their products and understand they are a pretty good match. I also don’t live too far from Nashua Nutrition and could actually go in and buy products as well! It is so funny to see so many people talking about them and I used to drive by their offices/store daily until I moved a little further south. I really only have one question in that I do have a long daily commute (bus/subway - both ways) so I am curious as to how to set up my day. Right now, I usually just have coffee before I leave and then eat something when I get to work. I am thinking that I should stick to that routine and see how it works out? I know sometimes too many changes right away makes it more difficult. Thanks so much – look forward to chatting with you all…. |

Good morning everyone!
I FINALLY got my engagement ring back this morning, i had brought it to be resized thursday before easter and since it was closed friday and monday, everything was backed up! So now it fits and i went from a size 8˝ to a size 6 :) Went training last night but i need to speak to my trainer cause i don't think she's working my inner thighs enough as that's my only body part that isn't hurting at all and since its a big problem area, i want to work on it as much as possible. Also, before going yesterday i had 3 egg whites since i had my ip pudding at 3:30 and wasn't going to eat dinner until 8:30 and i wanted to make sure i wasn't going to feel dizzy or something. Is that ok or i should've skipped it? This morning i was up 0.8 so i don't know if its from the egg whites or training and just bloating as i'm on day 2 of TOM. I'm so clueless when it comes to this stuff, lol. Have a great day everyone and congrats on all the WI and NSV :) |

Hey everyone.. I'm new here too and starting my 2nd week of IP... 100%!!!! No deviations from the program allowed me to have a super successful first WI yesterday... are you ready?? 9.5 down... in my mind that is phenomenal, hence the statement STOKED!! This by far is the best and easier program I have ever followed. It's so exciting to see the success of the other posters too... congrats to you all!!

It's a good day...cause it's my birthday and I came to work to 4 balloons outside of my office...3 metallic pink heart and one that says 'princess' HAHAHA LOVE IT! :) I'm well loved at work! :) Hope everyone has a great day...I plan on having a candle in a cookie tonight I think...maybe my favorite bar :) |
