You ARE totally amazing! Your pic gallery is absolutely inspiring! Your cheekbones and your eyes are just gorgeous! What a hot Mama you are!

You make me want to document the rest of my journey with pics. Will ask a friend to take one tomorrow. Since I reached my halfway goal I've been feeling more confident, so being photographed won't be so painful ;)

I wish everyone a beautiful 100% OP weekend! Congrats on being so committed to your health and happiness!

Good morning everyone,

I'm thrilled to say that my WI this morning showed a 4.6 loss :) So yes i know, next time i have a bad wi, i have to stop being negative and assuming it will be bad the next time also.

I'm super excited to be close to the 160 which is when i'll go see a surgeon to have an idea of how much skin i have but i already fit in size 7 pants (sometimes 5 and sometimes 9 depending where i shop) and M shirts so i don't think i'll get much smaller.

Super excited to start training tomorrow morning and they also offer yoga every evening so how many times a week should i do toning and yoga? I have NEVER worked out in my life so i'm totally clueless.

Have a great week-end everyone and thank you for everyone's support last week :)

Ishbel- what an accomplishment! You did it and that is amazing. What else is amazing is that all these other people have accomplished great things too!

Way to go Joyflower!
Way to go Beanie Mommy!
Way to go Busymomx4!

It is so inspiring to know that this can be done and having all of you and Wuv and the others to rely on has helped a whole lot!

Thank you and keep up the good work!

Congrats on your WL this week. I would do toning 3x per week, and then yoga when you feel like it. Have fun!

You are doing amazing! Try 3 or 4 days a week. Toning will come! Find things you like!

went today and it was a lot of fun. my trainer made me a whole routine that should take about 30-40 minutes (faster once i won't have to look at my sheet). she agreed no more then 3 times a week and never 2 days in a row and i will be doing yoga and/or pilates 2-3 times a week. Of course i'm realistic that it won't make my loose skin go away but i have to try anything that will help. I'm going to see her again in 3 months and she'll adjust/increase my workout :)

I never worked out before in my entire life and only recently do i have the drive and wants to do it :)

I was MIA yesterday, was spending time with my youngest at his friends house at a crawfish boil. Had a great time and Yes I ate crawfish again. I didn't measure this time but I know I didn't have too much because I got on my Wii this morning and it said 237lbs. Last Wednesday when I got on my Wii it said 248lbs. So looks like I might have another Whoosh week again.....I am not complaining at all. At this rate I may be at my goal by my one year anniversary....lol...not really, I'll be missing about 20 lbs....BUT that is OK with me...I will keep going til the END!

You actually enjoyed the work out? I always hear people say they love how they feel when they workout, I just figured it was something they loved to do. I am not an exercise person but I know I really need to start. I just cant get the motivation to do it.

Tripmama 04-15-2012 07:10 PM

salmongirl 04-15-2012 07:25 PM
