I love being 100% on this diet. Even when losses are not exciting, we know they will be.
I hope everyone has a great day.

I know I have at least 30lbs of loose skin so when it says 200 I really am at 170lbs maybe even a little smaller who knows until I go see a plastic surgeron. I will be doing that in the next month or so, my company is switcing from United to blue cross blue shield on May 1 so I am going to wait until about a month of the switch before going......it PAYS to stay 100% when you see results like I have had!

You are such an inspiration!!! Reading your posts and words of encouragement and seeing your success is a good part of what keeps me and I'm sure others forging on towards our final goals :) Thank you!!

Thank you, and you are very welcome. I know that sometimes just a few words of encouraging words will do the trick to keeping someone on track. That is why you will NEVER see me post anything negative and if someone does post a negative I will try to come back with a positive against it. We go through enough when we are on our journey's and negativity just doesn't cut it with me!...Life is to short for all of that....live it and enjoy it!

Morning everyone. I had such a hard time sleeping last night. I was so excited that my Phase 3 journey is almost over. I go for my last WI tomorrow.(I'll still be weighing in once a month unless I really go haywire then I'll bump it up) I can honestly say that this has been the most rewarding thing that I have done for myself. The changes have been amazing and I couldn't be happier. Keep staying 100%. It is so worth it in the end.

Lots of cheering going on frazzlemom!!!

I think my coach wants me weekly for two weeks into maintenance then every two weeks and then monthly.

Will you share your pictures? (totally get it if you don't!) lol

Well I decided to be a 100% OP this week. My biggest challenge is getting the water in! No matter when I drink it I am up several times during the night. Ugh! I will not have 1 bite of anything I am not supposed to! I know I can do one week at a time so lets see what happens.
I do enjoy all the posts..................

Good afternoon everyone,

Not much to report...scale not being good to me once again :( Went for a yoga class yesterday and compared to the first one i took, that one was a killer. 1 hour and 15 minutes and i could barely walk when i left, my legs and arms were still shaking, lol. Felt more of a work out than actual weight training...loved it and will do it again!

Congrats to all the WI and NSV!

Hello all
Today i did some light weight training. I found a beginner on demand program. It was curcuit training with low weights for about 25 mins. It is not much but it is a start. It just felt good to do "something".

Thanks so much. I am one of those who didn't take pictures(still not a big camera fan) but my coach has some so I will pick them up from her and then attempt to figure out how to post them.

Wow, you have done incredibly well! just think of how you will enjoy summer if we are lucky enough to get some this year.
What an accomplishment to be that much slimmer in less than a year!
