I am feeling a bit depressed this week, the weather here isn't helping much. Still finding it easy to stay OP though. I think exercise may be the answer, I had been walking two slow and easy miles a day since Nov 1, then got sick three weeks ago and haven't returned to it. I need to and some weight training. My shrinking body should be motivation.

Go on YouTube and look for some yoga stretches. This makes me feel SOOOOO much better when I am feeling yucky!
My coach was right by putting me on phase 3 for 2 weeks....I loss 5.3lbs this week and another half inch!!...I have MADE my original goal and I am actually one pound less....249!!....its a great feeling to know that I will soon be DONE!...I am soooo happy right now I can't keep still....lol...I called and talked to my mom and was talking 100mph.....lol....11months 140lbs...WOW....I am still in SHOCK!.....WOOHOO!!!!!!!

Perhaps go outside and play with your horses, I remember you mentioning that during the past few days. (I remembered since I thought how wonderful to have horses!) That will cheer you up, yes?

Thanks everyone for all the wonderful suggestions. I did NOT pop after all. Now that I have had a few days to think on it, I think the stress is probably due more to the timing of the trip rather than the diet. I have this diet down, and will NOT go off plan, no matter what! So now I have a plan. The reason I was just going to do an extra packet instead of meat in the evening is because it's easier. If we stop at a restaurant to has good options, great! Otherwise, I have an OP option. I figure 2-3 days travel to KS plus 2 to CO (each way), so I will prep and portion the veggies & lettuce so everything is easy. And I will just start now buying 3 extra boxes per week so I have it all when I go. Since I really don't like most of the WF stuff (makes me CRAVE sugar and don't like the taste) I use oil and Vinegar and a spice called Spike, so dressing is not a problem. DH is so supportive and he refuses to eat out if I can't eat, too. So I will bring stuff so we can picnic at rest areas...more fun anyway and less expensive!
NSV today. Had to go buy new bras cause my old ones didn't fit. Down 2 band sizes. The post on bra fitting tips was a great help! So, I went to Lane Bryant, since their bras fit me well, and decided I might try on this really cute top. It was fitted. I picked a smaller size since most of their stuff is roomy. I decided to try the smallest size they carry 14/16. It FIT. It was a bit tight, but nothing another week or two OP wouldn't fix. I guess that 3x Top I was asking DH about last night IS too big!!!
And now, my SV for the week! Down 3.2 lbs and a total of 20.5 inches (8 weeks). Also after checking my lean weight with the Omron I have decided my goal of 135 is unrealistic for me. For now I am changing it to 150. For my age and composition, that is in the healthy range.
