After my gain last week, I had an awesome weigh in this morning for me anyway! I lost 2.2 pounds but only 1/2 inch. Looks like my muscle went down and my coach said it could be that I wasn't getting enough protein or meat. I had to think about it because I love meat and usually have more than enough per day. I did have a couple of days that I was in a hurry and had deli meat instead solid 8 oz. of meat. I have been measuring my oil and salt for the first time since I started the diet, I guess it makes a difference to get the right amount. Good luck everyone on your weigh in's this week!
