Down 2.8lbs. WOO HOO!!!! My coach and I changed my goal to 120. Currently I'm at 122 so I'll be moving to phase 2 next week. Hopefully this next week of phase 1 will be a good loss!
I lost .2 pounds this week and no inches. I asked about going on phase 2 and 3 to see if this would help give me a boost and both coaches agreed. I also have to do phase 4 for 2 weeks and then back to phase 1. I sure hope I don't gain any weight!
Down 3.8 this week to 203.2 -- I could very well be in the 100s for my birthday in a week and a half. It's been ten years since I've seen a number this low. I almost can't believe it.
I'm so completely proud of each and everyone of us!
