I am joining this Challenge at the half-way mark. Looks like some pretty good results, so far. I need to focus on the monthly loss as the weekly losses have been a bit disappointing.
I did not have a weigh in this week since I was out of town. I stayed pretty close to plan and did not have a single alcoholic beverage. Big NSV for me! I did get myself all in a tizzy about not drinking but no one gave me a hard time. I really don't like to be around drunk people though when I'm not drinking. I recall that from when I was pregnant 16 years ago. I was a little disappointed that only one person noticed I lost weight. Other than the fact my son's team lost in the semifinal game, it was a great weekend! We will see what the scale says on Wednesday.
I gained 1.2 pounds this week and lost 1"! I guess I need to throw the scales out and keep the tape measure! LOL
Sometimes that is how the body works, won't let you lose weight but will let go of the inches....anything LOSS is a good thing!!...don't get discouraged, its just your body changing around and shifting!!!...so its ALL GOOD!!!!

Thanks Wuv for the encouragement and I am okay with the scale. I know my clothes are getting looser and I'm loving it! My coach was fine with it because my fat had down 2 pounds and my muscle had increased 3 pounds and the biggest thrill of all was my metabolic age had decreased 4 years in 1 week!! The age thing has bothered me more than anything. When I started the diet, my metabolic age was 78 and I am only 63! I don't know what all this means but I do know that I am feeling awesome with so much energy along with the compliments!!
