Default Big Day
Today is a big day for me. I made it below 150 and i am half way to my goal weight. I bought two pairs of dress pants, yesterday. One in size 10 and one in size 8. I enjoy buying clothes again.
It's amazing how motivating this program is.

Weighed in yesterday and only lost 0.4lbs. I'm not down though, hopefully next week will be better. A loss is a loss!

Great attitude and attitude is everything! I'm preparing myself for a WI much like yours this week, the scale just isn't moving as fast as it did in the last 2 weeks. I'm hoping for a loss that I can add to my previous two weeks!

Keep up the good work! We will see progress!

I was surprised my name wasn't on the list for this challenge as I was active in the last one. I haven't been active on the boards because I feel shunned by one of the main people who run this board. I will not name names but I know you know who you are. Nonetheless, I continue on my weight lose journey successfully.....

I wondered where you were. You aren't on the challenge because you have to put your name there silly. The names don't change over so PUT IT THERE my friend!.....I am glad to see you are still around

The week has been crazy horrible for me - but the GOOD NEWS is that I was under 250 lbs at my weigh in on Friday the 9th... another 3.8 lbs gone...hurray!
