2RIDERROLLERCOAST~I did stay very warm today. Canada Post clothes are very good. The bad thing is that most people didn't shovel yet. Can't blame them neither. But very hard to walk through drifts of snow not knowing where the sidewalks or anything were. couldn't finish my route. Hoping for a better day tomorrow. Still had a good lunch though
I past a postie today as I was trudging from a school and he was trudging in. We passed cheery hellos quite proud of ourselves and I thought of you.
The sad thing is in a month or so we will think this is normal weather.

You do not fast. You continue to follow the plan to a "t". Think about how you feel after you cheated. Get back on plan. You are worth it.

I read in the book The Unbalanced Diet Approach to a Slimmer You" byDr Chanh Tran Tien.... he says to eat NO carbs tomorrow, and No restricted on day 2.... It does take 3 days to get back to Ketosis and losing weight again. Don't beat yourself up... just get right back on program.
Good luck

The only way you are eating too much protein at night is if you are going over the 8oz of protein. are you getting all of your water?

I would do the packets, veggies, protein. I would not eat the restricted. The noting from the book is in the maintance section. The small amount of carbs in the drinks and puddings. The important thing is to get right back on the plan. Don't make one moment turn into falling off the plan completly. Set backs happen, just don't continue and you will be fine.
