Wow ...what a busy thread here lately! So it looks like, if I read correctly, we are all jumping in Friday to stay 100% on plan. Correct? FANTASTIC! We will keep each other on track! I'm jumping in a day early if that's alright. Now what I need to do is plan my weekend full of events so I don't end up on the couch with the frig screaming out my name. There isn't much in it but who knows....I bet I could tear the drawers out and find a piece of hard cheese in there if I was really desperate. :)

I'm so happy that so many of you are jumping back on the wagon.... I promise to hold your hands if you need it!

There's power in numbers! I may need you to hold my hand! I just noticed your profile numbers. They are so close to mine. I started where you did, made it to 151 (although one day I did see 149 on my scale) and then quit a year ago last December. Ballooned up to where I am now. I swore I would not gain more than 5 pounds and would drop it back down if I did. Right. Thanks for your support and everyone's, and I look forward to being at your current weight! Now to finish this journey.:carrot:

Day 2 is in the bag girls!! Off to bed, I will WI tomorrow. Since weekends seem to be most difficult for me I am going to talk to my coach about moving my WI's to Monday nights.

I am starting training for a new position at work next week.. this means that I will no longer be working from home for the next few months. So I will miss you all through the day and will have to do my best to catch up at night!

Day 2 in the bag for me too. I had a headache today- which I just took as a sign that all is going as it should be. Good luck to everyone restarting tomorrow!

Here I am back at work. Slept 6.5 hours today and woke up in the exact position I went to sleep in! Weighed in this morning on my way home from work this morning. Stayed the same as the last weigh in. Did lose an inch off my chest. I got restocked on my foods and will go to the grocery store on my way home in the morning. I have stayed op all day and have my meals ready for all night. I weighed myself when I got up this afternoon and was down 1.5 pounds from this morning. I know it is just water weight but it was encouraging. I too am glad there are do many of us starting again! Sleep well and I will check on when I get up tomorrow afternoon.

Hello everyone,

Also day 2 in the bag for me, 100% OP.

Today should be the best day since my mom whom I really adore will be coming back after she stayed for three months in my country of origin, I can't wait to see her. The sad thing is that I feel sick, it seems like I got something, my throat is hurting, I started coughing and d my head feels like it is cooked inside! Seriously, not the time to be sick now :(

Still hanging in there - determined to stay OP! Hope everyone has a great weekend. This new workout program has been kicking my tail - I'm in bed by 9 every night. I think it has slowed my weight loss, but I know I have lost inches and built muscle.

You go girls! We are nearing our 500 post again! I think we should think of a new title that says something about back on track the second time around. Encouraging words for those needing a nudge. Something like that anyway. Suggestions?

I've been going to bed early so I stay away from the late night munchies. Actually slept in till almost 9am! Goodness sakes. I'm spending the weekend painting in my living room.

Sandra....have a great time with your mom and I hope you feel better soon.

Everyone have a great day!

Go to a Heath store and get some oil of oregano. A few drops in waster kills everything. It doesn't taste that great, but it works!

Oregano oil! Never heard of it, usually I use eucalyptus oil, but not to mix with water, I usually put some drops in boiling water and put my face over it and inhale as much as I can take, it helps a lot with the flu.

I am so definetely trying to find oregano oil and try it.

Thank you :)

I hope you feel better soon. You had a good idea on the daily thread about making the chicken soup, I would use low sodium chicken btoth to start it with. Now another tip here about the oil of oregeno. You want to shke this off soon with your mom coming back.

Funny, I had always pictured you as French, just because you are in Montreal I guess.
Montreal is one of my favorite places to visit, I just love walking at Mount Royale.

I've been thinking the same thing...but at the moment I'm lacking a thought! ;) How about "Second Time Around" (even though for many of us it's more like 4th or 5th!) ... "Beginning Again" ???

I had cortisone injections in both hips yesterday. I was so sore afterwards. It's a little better today, but I suspect the dance lesson with the instructor from New York will be a bit of a challenge. Other than that, I've just been chilling and it's kind of a nice feeling. I'm going to to try to do a little grocery shopping after I do some menu planning and finish the book I started reading.

Have an awesome day and stay on plan everyone!

Mom3LoveBugs 01-27-2012 11:19 AM

good morning everyone,

today was my 3 week weigh in which consists of me walking to my bathroom and getting on the scale since I have no coach. ;)

anyways, I am down 2 more lbs this week which is what I was hoping for. :D

the half way point weight in for the 6 week weight loss challenge I am in is tomorrow and I am anxious to see how I am doing compared to everyone else.

good job for staying OP ladies!
