Hey everybody! I have a dilemma! Ive been reading lots of posts and tons of wonderful information but I don't really quite see the answer I need. I'm currently on week 2 of IP. First week was rough but lost 9.6 pounds! Now my problem is that in 4 weeks I will be in Vegas celebrating my birthday. Ive read a lot in the travel section and have some ideas but I really think its unrealistic that I will comply with making shakes and other things in my room... just being honest. So has this happened to anyone else? How much weight did you gain back? I read somewhere you are supposed to transition out of IP? What happens if you don't? I really don't want to gain much back (who does?) but I will get right back on track once I get home. I guess I just need some feedback and advice... thank you!

Drive by post....I was just reviewing my journal I kept when I first started IP. I really need to start back up that habit of keeping a daily journal. In my first 6 weeks on plan, I lost 21 pounds. Wow! Looking back makes me realize I CAN DO THIS!

My friend was at kickboxing class today (I couldn't go since I sprained my ankle) and she heard that someone lost 15 lbs in the challenge. I would venture to assume it is the lady who is in first.

I will try my best the next 3 weeks... I am thinking of doing the boot camp for 4-5 days to see if it helps. When I did IP the first time, I lost 3-4 lbs a week and this time, besides my first week of 6 lbs, it has been 2 lbs a week this time around. Granted, I have less to lose now so not sure if more is possible.

Any advice would be appreciated! :)

.44 is not a very big difference. :D And 15 pounds! Does she have a LOT to lose?

If you do boot camp, still drink lots and lots of water and maybe 1 T oil? Pat, what do you think?

Drive by, me too. Waiting for company. I really wish my old computer hadn't crashed because I'd like to see exactly what I did. But I never lost those kind of pounds in 6 weeks. I thinkn my biggest all time loss was almost 4 pounds.

DON'T CHEAT, don't stop just because you'd be away, just be prepared and you can do this and believe me no matter how much determined of going back on track it is super duper hard, it took me about one month trying even though in my head I thought I can go back being OP anytime, but it does not work this way, it is so hard restarting, so why put yourself in such a situation, believe me, talking from experience: it is not worth it
