Default Flavoured Coffee (K-cups)

Does anyone know if we can have the flavoured coffees (K-cups Hazelnut etc?). I can't find any fat/sugar/calorie information on their boxes

Thanks

Good morning everyone! Hope everyone has a great day! I go for my WI today. I also am bringing my 5 year old in to have a cavity filled. Since I do IP through the same dentist office, I will be spending quite a chunk of money there this month. He had 2 cavities at his last exam on different sides of the mouth. We did the other side last month and are doing this side today. $1200 in dental bills + roughly $800 in IP for 2 months. He turns 6 in November and then Christmas!! My checking account is crying!! And, I honestly have guilt over spending money on myself for IP. I have 2 boys, they usually get all of our money in one way or another. I'm trying not to stress over it. I keep telling myself it will all work out. I brought up the subject of alternatives to my husband the other night. He doesn't think I should do that yet, so I'm sticking with the clinic for now. It's just hard to spend the money on me. He works so hard for our family and so that I can stay home and take care of our kids. I sub at the school sometimes but am always here when the boys get on and off the bus. Sorry, just rambling here guys... It's also TOM, so a little moody here.

Good question! I never even thought about it because that's the coffee I have in the morning. I usually have either a French Vanilla or the Chocolate Raspberry. I'm on my 4th week and I haven't had a problem with my losses and I only have 1 cup every other day so until I notice a big difference I'm going to enjoy my coffee.

The Green Mountain K cups have no sweetners or sugar added. The hazelnut has 2 calories per serving and everything else is 0/0/0. I imagine most flavored coffee is the same, just check that sugar isn't added to some of the instant ones.

If you are curious about a specific brand, google the company name and you should be able to find nutritional info online.

Being a mom of 4, and although the money is not spent "guilt free" since I feel guilty about having got myself so heavy.
It is so much more important for us to loose the weight so that we will be around & healthy when our kids are older and I sure want to be around for my future grand-babies as well. Money spent today (short term really) will pay you & your family back ten-fold and then some.

Morning! Well weigh in day tomorrow. I think I've been having a pretty good week. DH actually took the scale with him to work for 2 weeks so I'm excited to see what happens. 2 of my kids came home with shhets saying I had to make something for dessert for the Halloween parties. Yay me!!!! Love it when its just 1 temptation after another but I love it even more when I get past it and realize I can do this!!!!!
Congrats on all the losses so far today and good luck OP everyone!

I have to lose 100+lbs and it depends on your body and how long you've been overweight but you most likely will have some loose skin. I know it sucks, especially after working so hard at losing weight. The problem is that the skin is not attached to the muscle anymore so even if you work out, you'll have muscle but they will be under the loose skin (think of it as a rubber band that has been over stretch, it never comes back as small as it started). Surgery is one of the only option (which i really want to but so pricey) but i think i heard that it takes up to 2 years for your skin/body to settle after losing large amount of weight, so it could get better.

I always feel so guilty to spend $100/week on IP but i *have* to do this. I babysit a 3yo every week-end to make extra money so that it doesn't affect our budget too much.

Default Need an IP location in New Jersey and a thank you to all of u!

Hi everyone - I have been lurking on this forum since Labor Day and have gotten a great deal of information and motivation from it. I have been telling myself that once I reached 20 pounds down I would post and thank everyone. Today I weighed in and have an 18 pound loss (in six weeks, so I am delighted). However, bad news from the receptionist/coach that they will be stopping the program after next week. I'm bummed to say the least. Does anyone know of a provider in Northern NJ -- preferably suburban Essex County? I tried Google but came up empty.

And I do want to thank you all for what you've done for me so far.

I was just wondering, since I am new, has anyone else been slow to lose inches? I am losing pounds, so I am not disappointed. Its just that I hear everyone else on here talk of the inches they have lost, and I have not hardly seen any difference in inches lost. Does this come further into the program? Just Curious. Thanks
I seem that inches seem to come every other week for some reason. I only get measured every other or 3 weeks.

I have lost 90 so far and yes you have loose skin... even with the jello or cran drinks... toning and weight training will help...

Congrats WUV that is great welcome to the 200 and see girl you did pass me in weight loss. Love your new avatar

In training today so checking in when I can... Have a great day all.
