Crazy, that is the only way I can explain today. Couldn't fix fridge, so today consisted of running to work, college, home, back to city where college is to pick out a new fridge, and now am finally back home again.
Been a struggle staying OP because of the whole fridge problem. Hubby decided to put the food in a chest freezer that was empty and just turn it on for a while to cool it down and unplug before it would freeze...well, he forgot to unplug it and all the vegis, milk, cheese, etc froze. I wasn't going to buy new vegis until after we got a new fridge.
So stressing a bit with that and money issues. Can feel the changes the stress is having on my body. Not feeling the loss. Hopefully after things calm down it will start dropping again.

Sounds like a hectic day but you handled it as best as you could I am sure. Having appliance issues such as that is not a good thing to happen. Hope it gets better for you :)

Good late evening.. Sorry im on so late and cant talk during the day much..my little one is so active during the day, that i cant go on during the day much anymore..but none the less..

Got my essay analysis back today from my instructor!! A- boo yah!! i struggled with it..so im glad that i got a good mark!

Im really really sore.. i went to the gym yesterday and was walking for 30 minutes at an incline of 8.0 and my legs are killing me..also did a bit of free weights... i was only there for an hour..and only did 40 minutes of cardio as it was my first day back to the gym in a long time..but man oh man..i am sooooo sore now...im going to go back today...later this afternoon..

Managed to make another big salad today!! yum yum...and used 2 eggs in place of a packet to make a mini looking quiche with brocoli and onion..it was gooood!!

Im going to attempt cauliflour soup today too!

Good news WUV... i havent weighed myself now for two days..im aiming to try and only weigh myself once a week..so we shall see how it goes!

This week also I promised myself to weigh myself only once a week on Thursday, but today, I couldn't wait anymore (which is silly, it's only one day away), so I weighed myself and I discovered that I haven't lost anything yet, but in a way I felt it, I knew that I didn't, it's like I can see it in the mirror nowadays!... Anyway... I am not quite sure I really liked not weighing in each day... I felt that it suits me better to really know each day how much exactly wether I gained or I lost...

In no way I am saying that this is better to do so for everyone, I am just saying what I felt, it was agonizing to me to miss my morning weigh-in each day waiting... so... I guess I will be back to weighing myself everyday from now on.

So this week I decided to try the RTD shakes. While I think they are good, I find they don't fill me up near as much as the regular chocolate drink. I will be switching back. I like the convenience but would rather feel much more full. I need that one breakfast drink to get me through until lunch!

VERY GOOD with the not weighing yourself daily, you will see a difference when you weigh only once a week.

Just got back from my Wk 27 WI....down another 2 lbs so that makes 93GONE......FOREVER!!!! its going to be another great day!

Good morning everyone.. it's going to be a long one for me today.
It was not a good night, still have the back pain, it resulted in another of my bad headaches last night, the first one I have had in months actually.

That and the little guy didn't want to let me sleep this morning, oh well what can you do.
It's getting way to cold now at night, we ended up bagging out after only 3.5 miles last night, it was just too cold.
We are going to try and go about 90 minutes earlier tonight and see if that helps at all.

Its amazing what we let our kids do so that they are happy. Yours is still small wayward so look out.....lol.....I don't see how you can walk out when its cold like that, my chest would be killing me!! Maybe your day will be shorter than you think :)

Well, i couldnt help myself.. i weighed myself this morning just to see if i was on the right track... and all i can say is I DID IT I DID IT I DId IT!! I have lost 4 pounds in 3 days boo yah!! it feels good and i feel good! and i dont desire to cheat...i will take every pound..

Sorry you had such a bad sleep Wayward..wish i could help you out..I can pray for you if you want? I know some people dont believe in prayer helping people but i do..so i could do that?
I know Sandra, its hard! its an addiction that stupid scale..but im trying to focus on just "feeling" better..and this time.. im slowing it down and deciding not to be in a rush. I dont want to be anxious about weather or not i have lost a few pounds or not.. i find that if i get anxious and want to lose fast, i dont lose..in fact.. i gain and then i quit..so this time..its slow and steady and relaxed pace.

Im going to the gym again today.. My quads are still killing me from two days ago..just going to focus on cardio for now..just go for an hour..
