Well, I have no problem chapping you a good one but I can almost say with certainty that Wuv will take you on.
She loves having multiple partners..........yes I said it LOL...

I wont repost my take on having a coach, but it's not necessary.

Well you have come to the right thread for that. Wayward and I can be there to keep you in line but in the long run it is YOU that has to stay on the program. YOU CAN DO THIS! why are you having issues staying OP? do you know what the trigger is to make you go off?

Ok, how do you post the before/after pics like you guys do? I can't figure it out.
I had a haircut, a bit more dramatic than I was expecting and want to post a start IP pic and a one month after pic.

you can put it as your avatar or you can use paint to put the 2 together and add it to your signature

I'm here! I check in quite late because I'm in a late time zone and also I am super busy with work during the week so don't get to post till later in the evening.
I will keep on trucking to the bitter end.
Ryuu, your picture shows such a difference in just 4 weeks. I hope you can stick with us.
