I have the berry pomegranate one in my purse, desk, and cupboard so if you change your mind let me know. I haven't had any luck with the others I've tried. Peach tea is ok but not my fave.

Does Amazon.com ship to Canada? They ship 4-packs....and are even cheaper using their 'Subscribe and Save" option. Love the Mango Peach and the Strawberry Watermelon.

To each their own and I didn't say a word but it was a strange feeling for me!
I have that same feeling. I don't get judge-y, but it makes me gag when I see what all people do to their food, or what they do to try to make it healthy, like with your lady and her 'naner.

Just returned from my weigh in, wish it was a bit better. 1.2lbs and 5inches - I guess it's more than i would have lost if I was not on this program.

Somebody help me here...sigh

I can't eat salad without at least a splash of balsamic dressing AND goat cheese. I mean...I caN'T..I tried several times and I just don't have a second bite and always end up eating only the veggies or only my meat portion. Is that really bad for my IP diet if I put 2tbs of dressing and 2tbs of goat cheese? Do you all think this can really ruin everything? The goat cheese has way less carb than those restrict foods so I was thinking about a substitution on my diet. I won't eat any restricted food and will have my beloved goat cheese. Advices?

Thanks for all the great support! Unfortunately I work closely with her every day. Also, this isn't some young girl. She's in her mid to late 50s! You'd think she would have learned some manners by now.

My 150 goal is pretty arbitrary. The last time I weighed that I was a size 10, and that's what I want to be again regardless of what the scale says. I am super pear-shaped and carry weight all on the bottom!

I hope all of you have a fabulous weekend! I've got family visiting tomorrow, and I'm working on my menu for a cookout!

Don't eat salads. Just eat your 2 cups of veggies twice a day. Lettuce is extra to help you feel full. If you're full, don't worry about it.

My advise is don't eat salad find another way to eat your 2 cups veg, the lettuce is in addition to that so if you can't eat it then don't. Don't screw up your diet by adding things you can't have.... below is a link(even though we are not suppose to) on making all different kinds of salad dressings try them out.

One thing I have found about IP is that the weight seems to come off differently from other diets. Many years ago, I was on WW and got down to 145. At that time, I wore a size 10 in pants. Today I am at 179 and wear a size 10 in pants and even picked up a pair of size 8 capri's this weekend that fit. Of course I've had a bunch of people tell me that they make sizes bigger than they used to but still a size 8! I know my thighs are thinner than they used to be at lower weights. Good luck with your co-worker.

I'm sorry my question wasn't clear. I mean can I use it as an IP food substitute?
