I restarted IP on June 10-lost 42LBS last year in about 3 1/2 months, regained 10LBS-had my 1st weigh in yesterday and have already lost 6 of the pounds I regained!! I love to read about everyone's great success!! Have a great weekend

According to my scale at home - Day 16 = 9.3 lb total loss! I was at 163.2. I haven't been below 162 for a long time!! I can't wait to see the 150's!

June 20, 2011 #2WI= ??lbs.

I'm in!!!! Ive been on IP for 7 days now and hope to lose 50 lbs.... My official weigh in is nextvweek but I will check back in with those results!!! Great idea for the newbies

Well yesterday was my first WI after only five days I've lost five pounds. I'm so excited I really feel like I am going to succeed this time around. I feel like I have tried every diet known to man and this one just seems right.

Good luck everyone with reaching the 15 pounds.

I am in. I LOVE this diet. It is the first diet for me that works!! I am in my 4th week and lost 9lbs as of my last WI. 30lbs to go!!!

WI #2 tonight. According to my scale I am down 8.8 lbs. Ready for the challenge!

Good job to everybody on here for getting started! That has to be the hardest part. Now we are all on our way to SKINNY!

Is it too late to join?? I just restarted today and don't weigh in until the 27th.. Sooo, I guess I'll make my goal to lose just 5 easy pounds this week!! I hope it goes well.. GL everyone..

I had my first weight in on friday and it was my 6th day and i lost 4.2 lbs and 3 inches!! Cant wait to see how much more i lost this friday too!!

Hi! I had my 3rd WI today. Down 11 lbs according to their scale. According to my scale, I am down 10.5 lbs and am on Day 20.
