    Hi All! I'm in! Just started and this is a first for me to join an online support group. I'm excited!

  • Have been on IP for 3 weeks but cheated - few sips of Coke, few bites of the kids' food here and there. Still lost 7 lbs. Looking to start over tomorrow and be ON PLAN for once! I would love to join you.
  • I want to join in too! I am on my third week. Unfortunately my coach never weighed me in on the first day and gave me 9 days worth of the program so I only know that I am down 5lbs from last week. I weigh again tomorrow and I am hoping for another 5lbs! Skinny thoughts....

  • I had my second weigh in. I don't think it was that accurate because of the different times in the WI (Morning vs late afternoon.). I was down 2 lbs from last week and 4 inches from my start 2 weeks ago. According to my scale at home, I am down 7.9 lbs from June 2.

  • Hi there, I've never posted to online weight support group but will be starting IP tomorrow so I need all the support I can get now. I would love to join in on the challenge. I"ve been reading the posts and its encouraging to see all the weight thats been coming off during the first week. My first weigh in will be next Thursday. Good luck everyone, have to go get my veggies ready for tomorrow now.

  • Just got home from my week 2 WI. Lost 3.8 pounds. :-) My total so far is 12.6.
