Is there anyone here who can tell me the sugar gram amount for the puddings from Lindora? They don`t tell how much sugar is in them, and I want to know before I order them? Are they comparable to IP ones? Thanks to anyone who might know!

I found EVERY SINGLE bottle of DaVinci and Torani SF syrups on the market! And to boot, they were only $3.77 a piece! :dancer:
I only had a $20 dollar bill on me, so I could only pick out 4.:(

It was like a kid in a candy store! I couldn't decide what I wanted!
No more ordering them from netrition for me, I couldn't ever beat this price!

Now...if I could only find the WF products locally...

You can get the WF's products from Netrition.com. They are only like $3.75 a piece and shipping is only $4.95. They ship super quick UPS, and I usually get my stuff the very next day if I order it early. They are out of Albany NY and I live in CT so maybe that is why I get it super quick. I usually do a decent size order and get additional supplements like my enzymes, Calm, and Omega 3 fish oil so the small shipping fee is well worth it!

Congrats 2RIDEROLLERCOAST. I have been under 200 since middle school.

Thanks everyone for being such an inspiration. I've had a rough couple of day with finals on me, but I'm better now.

Not sure where in ID you are, but check out Fred Meyer & Albertson's. Alby's has just started carrying it and I've found they have a better selection than FM. Alby's has them stocked in the diabetic foods by the pharmacy, and ironically enough, in the organic/natural foods section. My store has a big endcap with dressings/syrups/etc. FM also stocks them with the diabetic foods, but I find that there doesn't seem to be a consistent place in the store where they always are. Cash & Carry is the best - that's where I get all my syrups too.

Thank you Sheila E. for the welcome. I am new to IP. My consultant suggested this site. I am so excited to learn from all of the Senior's experiences. The first WI I lost 6.5#. My second WI I lost 1#. I was so discouraged I cried off and on. Then I started reading and I'm feeling better. I'm now trying to look at this with a different attitude. I am learning to eat better, my stomach doesn't hurt after every meal and the bloating (looked like I'm 6-7 months pregnant after eating) has stopped. I'm looking forward to my next WI. Holding my head up!

Hey Everyone,

My Fiance is taking me to Chang's mongolian grill tonight. I am planning to have meat and select veggies only, as for sauces I know I can have sesame oil, garlic and ginger. I am assuming that I cant have any other sauces. I hope I do alright, eating out is still scary. I always feel guilty for some reason... anyone else feel that way?

So I had WI# 11 last night and finally had a loss more than .8 lbs! Down 2.4 lbs this week. I don't WI for 10 more days because my clinic is closed next week so I had my husband 'unhide' the scale temporarily so I know the difference between mine and the clinic (.8 lb difference).

I absolutely know how some of you become scale whores... I got out of the shower, ran downstairs to the scale (by the front door) to weigh myself this morning. Although I felt a bit pathetic (naked in the foyer), I did see the 140's for the first time in a long time. I'm excited to complete this phase of the journey and move to the next.

Stay OP this weekend, my IP friends. It is worth it... even for us 'slow losers'. I'm still averaging a little less than 2.5 lbs per week, but it is so worth it to see the changes in my body and my attitude!

Woo hoo! That's huge! Being in the 140's is amazing... Considering what we were when we started! Great job lc..

 hahahaha! I was thinking something similar! You're supposed to weigh before your shower!

Happy Friday Everyone!!

Getting ready for a date night with the husband!!

Congrats on the SV's and NSV's today!

Finally had a day without rain, and tomorrow is supposed to be pretty nice too! I hope to get out and do some yard work, maybe take a walk with the kids! I also hope to get out to the consignment shops and find some jeans that I have to unbutton to take off! Had a stressful week at work, but it's over! So here's to a fabulous weekend!
