Kelsey, just looked at the chart and noticed that my total weight-loss hasn't changed for two weeks.. It should say 18.4 lost, but it's stuck at 13. At first I thought my calculations were off.
I had this [dizziness, low BP] about a week ago, I thought I was going to pass out a few times. I'm not sure what it was, but I increased my salt, water and oil, and I felt much better. I also ate an extra hardboiled egg. I even went a little over the 2 teaspoons. In the end, I had one of my best weight loss weeks in a long time.
If someone knows why, that would be great...this is just what worked for me.
I'm not sure what your question is. Why did you feel dizzy? Why did the food work to eliminate it? Why did you lose weight even though you ate the extra oil and egg?

Just leaned down to pick up the puppy and almost keeled over when I straightened up. Which&.@.% .# reminded me to go trolling for the information Novak, I think, posted about dizziness before I saw the doctor later this week. Well, I trolled and trolled. Kind of like seeing your life flash before your eyes and decided I was going down for the third time when I reached August 1st. (Have I mentioned my antipathy for the search vehicle?)
This makes me wonder a little about encapsulating the general talk into day and weekend posts. Will this really make it easier to search for something?
Regardless if anyone can help out with the dizziness information, I'd truly be grateful.
[Should say that I've always had very low blood pressure and whirling rooms are no strangers when I get up fast. But the last two months have been different.]
I believe Novak had posted about BPPV - I think this was the website she posted:
Congrats on the losses everyone!! I've been fighting a pretty mean sinus infection and have spent the last couple of days "drugged up". I feel so behind!
I had WI#8 this morning and lost 1lb....but also lost 4 inches. Normally I wouldn't be so thrilled with a 1lb loss, but the 4 inches makes it tolerable.
My weigh-in (two days early since I attended an IP meeting) for week 11 is a loss of 2-1/4 lbs.....hope I'm closing in on that 20 lb. mark for the Labor Day Challenge.
Total lost at week 11 is 36 lbs. Doing a happy dance. My knees no longer give me pain.
