Thanks Linden! I can't believe it myself...kind of an emotional scary time if you ask me... still hasn't hit me even after all the compliments I receive from friends and co-workers. xoxox

Hi Kelsey, I truly hope things are going well for you.

I have a question. How do you get the weigh-in chart to expand so one can see what their last week's figure was? I tried clicking on the little darts, but nothing happened.

Default You've got to see this.

Weigh-in 159.1. This one week loss almost equals what I've lost in the past 8 weeks.

I eliminated soy. There's a lot of back story here, and this loss may last or it may not. I can't tell. But right now I'm silly, punch-drunk, giddy, elated.

I don't mean to contradict you, but I/it wasn't.

More like dumb luck, taking a chance on scaring my system (thanks Svelting). Allergy test. And then prompted by reading a post about soy's effect on thyroid medicine. And I can't even remember who to thank here; but I'm so infinitely thankful.

Still a lot more back story not worth mentioning. I'm just so grateful for the nudges.

And thank you for the encouragement, and for the hug. If there were a smiley that showed bliss it would be here. Maybe the original one does that.

Take the "brilliant" to mean impressive, rather than in an intellectual sense... I say "bloody brilliant" is perfectly apt!!

So glad you've continued to hang in here, and get yourself some expert coaching.

Congrats!

This isn't my Papillon because, as many times as I've tried, he simply won't stand still. But believe me, we're both smiling.
