Hi All,
Well I know I didn't make the challenge but I still feel good for the weight I lost. My weight this morning is 143.8 lbs. I am very excited to be only 3.8 lbs away from my goalie. Thanks again Kelsey for doing the challenge.

That seems like such a good idea. Keeping up with us, sometimes, must have been it's own challenge which, I am happy to say, YOU MET AND EXCEEDED.

I can't believe Labor Day is here already, it seems like we just started the challenge. I'm so proud of everyone!! Not everyone lost 20 lbs, but the ones that stuck with it and submitted their weight every week should be really proud of themselves, the numbers are terrific!!

My final weigh in is 152.8.

Not sure exactly how this works?
I've been on IP for 10 days, lost 11 pounds so far.
My weight this morning was 305.4
Hope everyone makes this goal!!!
