Weigh-ins are great this week. Michael is at 194.5 and I am at 136.6. I adjusted my goal down to 125 this week. I want to be in a size 4-6! Gonna get there! Michael is in 36's and looking so great! I started an exercise program through Fleet Feet (No Boundaries) to prepare me to run in a 5K race the last weekend of October. That will be a first for me (at 55!).

I don't know if there are enough people around to be democratic and vote on this. But I say yes. Kind of like putting the gold star on the highest grade.
Melissa -- scale saying 157 and then briefly 156 BUT to play the game fairly since I can't weigh in tomorrow, I guess we will have to leave it at 19 pounds. I will keep weighing myself this morning.. just in case. Aren't we just a little nuts????? Bigger question is, how do I live without a scale for 10 days??? Good luck with the doc. And THANK YOU so much for doing this challenge!! it's been great.

I was coming to this board to say I weighed myself one more time and I did make it!! Did my exercise, skipped the tea and just hoped and prayed... so I am officially at 156. Then I read your post....
AND Melissa, I love you for saying I made it before I had!!I'lll miss you and my scale too!!
